What You'll Do
- Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and develop REST APIs for clinical workflows
- Work with MySQL databases - write optimized queries, design schemas
- Contribute to Spring-based web pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript with JSP)
- Write clean, testable code with proper documentation
- Debug production issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with product and QA teams
- Follow secure coding practices for healthcare data (HIPAA-level compliance)

Requirements
- â 3-5 years of skilled Java development experience
- â Strong Spring Boot expertise (not just basics - you should know internals)




- â MySQL/SQL proficiency - can write complex joins, optimize queries, design schemas
- â REST API design - understand HTTP methods, status codes, API versioning
- â Git, unit testing (JUnit), Agile/Scrum experience
- â Problem-solving mindset - can debug complex issues independently
- â B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred (Big Plus):
- â­ Spring MVC/JSP experience (for web page development)
- â­ Healthcare, FinTech, or regulated industry background
- â­ Hibernate/JPA ORM experience
- â­ Production support experience (L2/L3 level)
