Role Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a
strategic people partner to business practices and towers enabling people
experience, a strong culture, and employee growth in a flat, non-hierarchical
organization.

The role focuses on enabling employees
through capability building, people insights, and strong governance, while
ensuring people policies, statutory compliance, and operational excellence
evolve in line with organizational needs.



The individual will drive talent and
people processes using the organization’s proprietary frameworks, strengthen a
values-led culture through innovative practices, and navigate ambiguity to
deliver scalable people solutions.
