Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicating with managers or CEOs to identify future job openings.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to online platforms like indeed, Facebook,

Twitter, Linkedin.
- Communicating requirements in different colleges & arranging campus placement.
- Identify the candidate based on skills and qualifications mentioned in job details to

screen resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls or video calls to analyze applicant’s abilities. Performing background checks & references.
- Coordinate with team leaders and arrange the practical round with them.
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding candidates.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires.

Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD or equivalent.

Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
