We are looking to hire a Consultant with 3â5 years of executive search/HR
experience to help shape and grow our board practice through market-building,
governance-focused thought leadership, board advisory support, and senior-level
board hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
â Ä®ead BD initiatives, outreach, and pipeline building across corporates,
founders, and PE/VC-backed companies.
â Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and support strategic client
conversations.
â Develop white papers, governance insights, market briefs, and
board-related content for ĮinkedIn.
â Convert research into sharp, client-ready narratives.
ï· Conduct talent and industry mapping for board and senior leadership roles
across sectors and ownership structures to support board search, succession,
and advisory engagements.
ï· Build and leverage market intelligence on board talent, governance trends,




and competitive landscapes to inform client strategy, proposals, and thought
leadership.
ï· Explore, research, and help shape board-effectiveness and governance-related
ancillary practices.
ï· Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and
insights.

Requirements :
â 3â5 years in executive search or as an HR
â Growth-oriented mindset with robust senior stakeholder engagement.
â Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
â Interest in governance, boards, and senior leadership ecosystems.
