Position Overview
The National Sales Head for Modern Trade will be responsible
for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the modern
trade segment. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep experience in
managing large accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a
national sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
the consumer durables market and experience in the modern trade channel. We are
already having national level tie-ups with one of the leading retail players
and intend to expand the business through other partnerships.

Account Management
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large
retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and other modern trade partners.
- Negotiate
terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and product
placements.
- Market
Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Stay
updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer
preferences.
