Job Requirement

Required Qualifications:

4–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or
analytics.

• Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and
implementation.

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes
(demand/supply planning, S&OP;, inventory optimization).

• Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data
modelling.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills. Preferred Skills:

• o9 Platform certification (e.g., Technical Configuration
Level II,DP-SP Reference Model).

• Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or
consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation &
Configuration
- Lead and participate in
the full o9 implementation lifecycle:
- Requirement gathering,
solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and




support.
- Configure o9 modules
such as: • Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Integrated Business
Planning (IBP) ,Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) & Control
Tower
- Customize the o9
platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language).
- Design and configure
data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if
analysis. Functional Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve
post-implementation issues.
- Perform manual and
automated data uploads.
- Validate end-to-end
workflows and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and present Proof
of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.
