Purpose of Job
This position supports the solutioning and execution of various analytics and data projects for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms.
This position is focused on executing customer engagement design and deployment projects utilizing recent data sets and solving for specific disease centric commercial problems. This position also functions as an expert in Field force Sizing, Deployment and customer facing field strategy.

- Project delivery and stakeholder management –
- Independently execute customer engagement projects with global teams – Understand project and engagement needs, translate solutions briefs to specific tasks and activities, devise analytical approaches, and manage stakeholder communication (internal and external)
- Design and execute solutions to address specific customer engagement business needs – Sizing, structure, alignment, placement, targeting for field force including auxiliary roles like MSLs, FRMs, PELs etc.
