Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM Architect with a solid background in designing, managing, and optimizing IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW Case Manager platforms. The ideal candidate will lead platform administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting across complex infrastructures, including mainframe and Linux environments. This role involves ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the architecture while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:

• Lead the design and implementation of IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW Case Manager infrastructures, ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.
• Oversee platform architecture and provide strategic guidance on system enhancements, migrations, and integrations.

Platform Management & Administration:

• Administer and manage IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW platforms,



ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Take full ownership of the IBM BPM platform and its infrastructure, ensuring stability and smooth operation.

Infrastructure Operations:
• Manage Linux servers (RHEL 8/9) and virtual machines, ensuring security and performance optimization.
• Lead the seamless upgrade and migration of FileNet, IBM BPM, and BAW environments, minimising downtime and preserving data integrity.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW environments, implementing long-term solutions.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues, particularly within BAW environments, to ensure platform stability.

Cloud & Containerization:

• Leverage OpenShift for managing containerized applications and improving platform scalability.
• Utilize AWS services as needed to enhance platform capabilities and s
