Job Description: Google Ads Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, hands-on experience managing advertising budgets, and a proven track record of driving high-quality leads, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Management:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop campaign structures aligned with business goals and customer journeys.
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.

Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, creatives,



and bidding strategies.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Analyze search term reports and implement negative keyword strategies.

Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
- Monitor attribution models and conversion paths to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use AI & Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and tracking integrity across campaigns.

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to improve landing page performance.
- Recommend CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives based on user behavior and campaign data.
- Ensure consistency between ad messaging and landing page experience.
