We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Project Manager who can manage multiple creative and digital projects while coordinating between clients, designers, developers, content teams, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

â Manage end-to-end execution of branding, website, UI/UX, social media,packaging, and digital marketing projects.

â Create project timelines, task allocations, and delivery schedules.

â Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Client Coordination

â Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

â Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project briefs.

â Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and follow-ups.

Team Coordination

â Coordinate with designers, developers, content writers, video editors, and marketing teams.

â Ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments.

â Monitor team productivity and task completion.

Quality Control

â Review deliverables before final submission.

â Ensure brand consistency, quality standards,



and client expectations are maintained.

Process Management

â Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.

â Improve internal systems and operational efficiency.

â Manage revisions, approvals, and project dependencies effectively.

Reporting & Communication

â Share project status updates with management.

â Identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks proactively.

â Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients.
