We’re looking for a highly organized, sharp, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and Founder’s Office.
This role goes beyond calendar management.
You will act as a strategic execution partner — helping drive priorities, coordinating across teams, supporting finance-related activities, and ensuring operational follow-through across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs)
Founder’s Office Coordination (Core Ownership)
- Work closely with the CEO on:
- Strategic priorities
- Business reviews
- Cross-functional execution
- Internal follow-ups
- Drive closure on key action items across teams
You are responsible for:

Calendar, Meetings & Communication Management
- Manage:
- CEO calendar
- Meetings
- Travel schedules
- Internal and external communications
- Prepare:
- Meeting agendas
- MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
- Follow-up trackers
You are responsible for:
“Keeping the CEO highly organized and effective.”
Business Review & Reporting
- Create:
- Dashboards
- Reports
- Business summaries
- Weekly/monthly review trackers
- Support leadership in decision-making with structured data and insights
You are responsible for:
“Ensuring data-driven execution and accountability.”
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Marketing
- Operations
- Finance
- Legal
- HR
- Product & Growth teams
- Track deliverables and timelines across departments
You are responsible for:
“Driving alignment and execution across teams.”
Process & Operational Excellence
- Identify gaps in workflows and coordination
