Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Career Psychology & Counselling Associate.

Assist in psychometric assessments & student analysis

Support career counselling sessions & student interactions

Work on real student case studies & career recommendations

Help create short-form content (reels) on psychology & careers

Coordinate events, reports, and follow-ups

Qualifications

Solid Career Counseling and Career Development expertise to guide students effectively through their academic and professional journeys.

Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with students and parents in a supportive and professional manner.

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret psychometric tests and provide tailored recommendations for students.

Passion for education and career development, with a student-centric approach.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.

Previous experience in career counseling or educational guidance is a plus.
