• Content Operations Management – Mobile APP & Websites
1. Ownership of the end-to-end execution and testing of webpages created through various templates and components.
2. Verify, upload, test, and publish content via workflow across web and app platforms.
3. Conduct UAT testing across desktop and mobile devices to ensure accuracy and functionality.
4. Provide sign-off on component deliverables from a content authoring perspective to the development team.
5. Collaborate with business teams to enable smooth sharing and flow of content,



assets, and metadata.
6. Coordinate with external vendors/content licensors for creation of videos, images, and metadata where required.
7. Work closely with tech and product teams to refine and improve operational workflows.
8. Take complete responsibility for executing authoring tracks within CMS, ensuring defined TAT compliance.
9. Manage and execute operations for multilingual sites effectively.
10. Perform RAID management with stakeholders, de-risk content operations, and quantify potential risks.

• CMS workflow management
1. Set up CMS workflows for approvals and establish governance for publishing processes.
2. Take complete ownership of digital asset management and tag governance for the website ecosystem.
3. Ensure adherence to ticket management tools and publishing workflows, including log maintenance for audit purposes.
4. Manage publishing rights post sign-off from authoring, bus
