PROGRAM OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a structured 6-month hybrid program.



This opportunity is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in managing people-related processes in a professional and fast-paced setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, HR, and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, employee records, and HR trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR initiatives.
