Following its successful IPO, the organization is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a strategic finance leader to partner with the CEO and Board in driving business performance, governance, and long-term value creation.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO will lead the organization's people agenda across talent strategy, organizational design, culture, leadership development, performance management, employee experience, and HR transformation.
This role requires a strategic HR leader who can partner with the leadership team while ensuring operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and execute the organization's people strategy aligned with business objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Build a robust talent acquisition strategy for leadership and critical business functions.

Leadership Development & Succession Planning

Design leadership development frameworks.
