Description
- The BDM – Home Loan is responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels (20-25 Branches) and direct sourcing.
- The role demands end-to-end ownership of the customer journey - from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales service while ensuring profitable growth and portfolio quality.

Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business via mapped branches and direct channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Meetings, Logins and disbursement targets.
- Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels to generate quality leads.
- Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation, disbursement, and service.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms.
- Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/T).
- Maintain portfolio, manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs.
- Provide timely updates and insights through MIS and reporting.

Qualifications

MBA/ Graduate
Min Exp: 7 years
Max Exp: 9 years
