The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of accounting, such as accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, financial analysis, and reporting. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced accounting professionals and contribute to critical finance projects while developing your skills and knowledge.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor Verification




- Ensure the accuracy of every bill, confirming that correct contract rates, special rates, group rates, etc., are charged to the respective parties.
- Correct overcharges by issuing credit notes
- Assist in conducting regular audits of financial operations, identifying any discrepancies or issues and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Aid in the reconciliation of bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Assist in the day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, handling invoices and payments, and maintaining general ledger entries.
- Preparing financial reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial documents in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Creating profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, monitor business performance. You will need to customize reports that are in par with business requirements.
