Position Summary:
The Enterprise Solution Architect, Life Sciences Technology, owns the end-to-end architecture strategy and integration blueprint across multi-workstream technology initiatives. This role ensures architectural cohesion across data platforms, analytics/AI components, application experiences, and enterprise integrations.
The architect is accountable for defining target-state architecture, establishing governance standards, and producing build-ready design artifacts that enable disciplined execution across offshore delivery teams.
What You Will Do:
- Define and maintain target-state solution architecture spanning data, application, integration, and AI layers.
- Establish API-first and event-driven integration strategies aligned to enterprise modernization goals.
- Define data contracts, interface specifications, and cross-system integration standards.
- Own non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, security, resilience)
and align service-level expectations across components.
- Run structured architecture governance processes including design reviews, architecture decision records, and standards documentation.
- Translate business objectives into phased technical roadmaps and execution-ready architecture packages.
- Provide SME guidance and drive Data Governance, Master Data management solution workshops.
- Resolve cross-team design conflicts and ensure consistency across Cloud/Data, Analytics, and Application workstreams.
- Provide architectural leadership in client discussions and solution workshops.
- Contribute reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints to the Life Sciences Technology capability.
- Identify areas to bring in innovation and automation and foster industry-centric technical accelerators.
