Job Description
Enable data-driven decision-making and intelligent program execution across the Refractive Laser Business Sector by integrating advanced program management practices with AI-powered portfolio intelligence, analytics, and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement real-time portfolio transparency capabilities across REF product generation programs • Lead evaluation, piloting, and adoption of AI-enabled program management tools and GenAI solutions • Build intelligent dashboards and KPI frameworks to enhance forecast quality and early warning capability • Support Head of Program Management in defining global program governance and reporting frameworks • Drive adoption of standardized methodologies and best practices across program teams • Act as trusted intelligence partner to senior stakeholders on all portfolio and program data topics • Bridge global collaboration between ZEISS REF teams in Germany and India Location: Bangalore, India Reports to: Head of Program Management Business Sector (REF) Budget Responsibility: ~60mn EUR p.a.
