Job Summary: As a Program Manager in software testing
company, one will be responsible for leading and managing multiple testing
projects and programs. Will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful
execution of software testing initiatives, meeting client requirements, and
delivering high-quality testing services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define,
plan, and execute software testing programs to meet project goals and
client expectations.
- Act
as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring explicit
communication, managing client expectations, and addressing any concerns
or issues.
- Build
and lead cross-functional testing teams ( both Functional &
Automation), including Test Leads, Test Engineers, and QA Analysts.
- Monitor
and assess the quality of testing processes and deliverables.
- Ensure
projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.




- Identify
potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare
and deliver regular progress reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
- Proven
experience in software testing and quality assurance, including a minimum
of 5-7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong
project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge
of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Relevant
certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or CSM are a plus.
