Job Objective
- Develop and maintain the company’s investor relations framework and plan.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the investor community.
- Monitor analyst reports and summarize insights for senior management.
- Organize investor events, including conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, and meetings.
- Prepare financial data and presentations for investor engagements.
- Lead fund-raising activities (both debt and equity), IPO, and Pre-IPO transactions.
- Manage investor relations communication and corporate public image.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify investor engagement opportunities.
- Oversee the company's annual meetings and coordinate relevant activities.

- Act as the primary liaison between the company and investors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stock exchange representatives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (departments and executive committee members).
- Engage with external stakeholders such as analysts, shareholders, investment firms, investment banks, and stock exchanges.

- Summarize analyst reports for senior management.
- Organize investor-related events such as conferences, roadshows, and earnings calls.

- Monitor industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights.
