Requirements
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Innovate & Architect: Go beyond simple scripts. Design and deploy robust, scalable automation solutions using UiPath (REFramework, complex state machines) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- R&D; & Experimentation: Actively research emerging technologies (AI/ML, API integrations, low-code trends). If there's a new, better way to do it, we want you to find it, learn it, and build it.
- Solve Complex Problems: Collaborate with stakeholders to untangle messy requirements and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Be the Expert: Serve as a Technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) during client workshops. Advise clients not only on how to automate but also on what to automate for maximum impact.
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Troubleshoot issues with a detective’s mindset and constantly look for ways to optimize existing bots for speed and reliability.
