CRED is an exclusive community for india’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for valuable financial behavior.

CRED was born out of a need to bring back the focus on a long lost virtue, one of trust, the idea being to create a community centered around this virtue. a community that constantly strives to become more virtuous in this regard till they finally scale their behavior to create a utopia where being trustworthy is the norm and not the exception. to build a community like this requires a community of its own; a community special in its own way, working towards making this vision come true.

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading CRED's partner ecosystem across products,



becoming the face of CRED to some of India’s top consumer brands. You will lead high-stakes partnerships, drive product adoption, and enable new growth through strategic merchant alliances. As a core part of the merchant-led growth (mlg) strategy, you’ll shape how millions engage with CRED.

what you’ll own
- driving acceptance of CRED payment instruments (upi, credit/affordability) with a sole focus of offering convenience for CRED members
- hunt, build and manage high-impact brand partnerships across categories relevant to CRED members
- drive meaningful member value through differentiated rewards, offers, privileges, and experiences
- work closely with internal cross-functional teams including product, growth, marketing, operations, and design to execute partnership initiatives successfully
- support the integration of rewards and merchant constructs across key product journeys and platform surfaces
