Role Summary
To lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning & development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of internal staff, distributors, and channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the mutual fund industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments (sales, operations, etc.) and with partners.




- Develop and execute a strategic L&D; plan aligned with organizational goals and SEBI guidelines.
- Content Development:
- Create engaging training modules, presentations, and e-learning content on mutual fund products, investment concepts, sales skills, and compliance.
- Update materials to reflect new products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Deliver effective virtual, classroom, and on-field training sessions for diverse audiences (current hires, seasoned distributors).
- Lead sessions during key industry events, partner meets, and new product launches.
- Platform & Tools Management:
- Utilize and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Oversee digital content creation and deployment.
- Evaluation & Reporting:
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
