The Role and Responsibilities




You will be tasked with assisting the Group Tax Director with the preparation of all corporate income tax compliance and tax reporting obligations globally, including:
- Provide assistance in the controlling of EnerMech’s global tax compliance monitoring system in collaboration with third party service providers.
- Direct accountability for preparing the tax provisions both for year end and statutory accounts purposes,
- Assistance in the group consolidation, across all group entities and resolving any inconsistencies.
- Assisting the tax team globally on other ad hoc projects, and duties. In particular accountable for ensuring that the group head office transfer pricing policies are correctly implemented.
- Accountable for first review of certain global tax returns and computations including all associated schedules and working papers, in line with EnerMech’s Global tax compliance process.
