Role Overview

The Head of Sales will lead all sales and business
development efforts at Robro Systems. This person will be responsible for
building, managing, and scaling the sales organization, establishing
go-to-market strategies, achieving revenue targets, and nurturing relationships
with existing and new customers in relevant industrial/manufacturing sectors.
This role requires strategic thinking, deep industry understanding, excellent
leadership skills,



and hands-on execution ability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute sales strategy aligned with company vision, product roadmap,
and target markets (technical textiles, FIBC, roll inspection, etc.).
- Build,
lead, mentor, and scale the sales team (inside sales, field sales,
business development managers).
- Set
and monitor sales targets / KPIs (revenue, new client acquisition,
pipeline growth, conversion rates, territory - wise targets).
- Identify,
pursue, and close business opportunities domestically (across India) and
possibly export markets.
- Foster
and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors,
partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate
with marketing, product, engineering and support teams for feedback to
refine product, pricing, positioning, and demo capability.
