- Develop design concepts, specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Perform stress analysis and understand mechanics of materials under static and energetic loads
- Execute mechanical designs using CAD/CAM and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks or equivalent)
- Conduct simulations and virtual testing to refine designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and product management
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and reports.
- Research and implement new design methods and technologies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution




- 3-6 Years years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in heavy engineering or material handling
equipment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of GD&T;, welding symbols, sheet metal, and weldment design, Hydraulic Systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and structural design
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and initiative
- SAP Knowledge will be added advantage
