Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech and communication skills
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Use appropriate tools and techniques for speech therapy

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology
Valid certification or license to practice (as per local regulations)




Solid understanding of speech and language disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Ability to work with children and adults
