Data Center
Engineer – L1

Experience:



2–4 Years

DC engineer required basic knowledge of server administration. Network , Hardware troubleshooting ,24x7
shift support
- Monitor
Data Center infrastructure.
- Handle
L1 incidents and service requests.
- Perform
server health checks and hardware support.
- Escalate
critical issues to the L2 team.
- Maintain
operational documentation.
