About the Role
As a Specialist - Technical Accounting & External Reporting,



you will act as a technical accounting subject matter expert and support the preparation, review, and audit of statutory and consolidated financial statements. You will research IFRS/local GAAP accounting positions, translate technical conclusions into disclosures, and ensure schedules and audit evidence are accurate and audit-ready. The role partners with controllership, shared services, tax, legal, business finance, and external auditors to deliver compliant financial statements with minimal audit adjustments.

What You Will Do
- Analyze complex accounting issues and provide well-documented technical guidance on complex transactions (e.g., revenue, leases, business combinations, impairments) in line with IFRS.
- Assist in providing accounting support for M&A;, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
- Evaluate the accounting treatment of business combinations, goodwill, and intangible assets.
