Job summary:
Leads the overall quality function of the organization,
with a focus on achieving targeted results across both in-plant quality and
incoming supplier quality within the manufacturing vertical. This role plays a
pivotal part in establishing, implementing, and improving quality systems,
controls, and assurance practices in a growing organization.
The position offers a solid platform to introduce
industry best practices, drive quality excellence, and build a robust quality
culture. The incumbent is empowered to represent the company during domestic
and international customer engagements and is entrusted with strategic
decision-making authority in executing quality objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality System Management
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management Systems and
Policies in compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
2. Manufacturing Feasibility & Product
Lifecycle Support
Lead feasibility reviews and align cross-functional teams from sample
development to serial production, ensuring adherence to specifications and
achieving 100% quality ratings.
3. Quality Planning & Process Support
Define quality plans and support the production team in implementing effective
checking patterns and measurement techniques. Proactively identify and
