Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans and schedules.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B. Tech).
- 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
