- Fellowship or advanced training in Minimally Invasive Surgery (Laparoscopic Surgery) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital or surgical center setting, with documented case volume in GI and laparoscopic procedures.
- Proficiency in laparoscopic techniques including single-incision laparoscopy, robotic-assisted surgery, and advanced endoscopic interventions.
- Robust clinical decision-making skills, surgical precision, and ability to manage emergency surgical scenarios.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement in surgical care.
