About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Principal Consultant / Senior Business Analyst – Project Delivery Lead to drive AI/ML-led digital transformation initiatives for high-tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology,
and involves leading end-to-end delivery—from problem definition and hypothesis building to solution implementation and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-driven transformation projects across business functions such as customer experience and service operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into structured, actionable solutions.
- Formulate hypotheses, identify relevant data, and design and execute experiments to validate assumptions.
- Analyze results and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Apply AI/ML and advanced analytics concepts to guide solution design, including exposure to Generative AI and emerging approaches.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to operationalize models and translate outputs into business actions.
