What You Will Do
As a Lead Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and enhance avionics software solutions for advanced aerospace products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software Architecture, User Experience, and Product Management.




- Develop software using C, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink for safety-critical embedded systems.
- Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Apply DO-178C software development and verification processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
- Perform structural coverage analysis and support unit test automation activities.
- Contribute to software architecture, embedded systems design, and system-level integration.
- Work with configuration management and change control tools such as DOORS, JAMA, SVN, and JIRA.
- Identify technical challenges and develop cutting-edge, scalable solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt engineering best practices throughout product development.
