Role Definition:
The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing infographics, report layouts, social media creatives, and other marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

- Create engaging infographics to simplify complex data.
- Design visually appealing report cover pages and ensure consistency in templates.
- Upload and format reports for the Ken Research website.
- Develop aesthetically pleasing charts and visuals for executive summaries.
- Design graphics for white papers and professional documents.
- Craft creative social media posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Tasks & Activities:
- Collaborate with content teams to understand requirements and begin the design process.
- Develop templates, seek approvals, and make revisions as per feedback.
- Source relevant images, vectors, and illustrations to enhance designs.
- Locate product codes for reports, convert documents to PDF, and upload them to the website.
- Ensure consistency in typography, themes, graphs, and visual elements across projects.
- Utilize design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create polished outputs.
- Conceptualize and design LinkedIn creatives that align with brand themes and campaigns.
