1. Manager - Commercialization and Technology Transfer
Job Description:
- Strong work experience in Personal care and Home care Industry – R and D Development team.
- Able to work with different diversified teams like R and D, marketing, sourcing and manufacturing.
- Should have solid knowledge of technology transfer from R and D to factory.
- Willing to travel heavily to in house manufacturing locations and third-party units.
- Knowledge in Project management tools- MS Project
- Must have strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Ph D (Chemical Engineering/Pharmaceutics/Chemistry)
Years of Experience: 7-10 Years in the Industry
Role Description (Detailed description of the role & responsibilities of the position) for Commercialization
Measure of Performance
- Interface between R and D, Sourcing, manufacturing and marketing.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in packaging development process – aware of different
- formats of packaging and its development cycle – like rigid packaging, flexible packaging.
- Basic knowledge in mold making and qualification of packaging materials.
Willing to travel extensively – at least 2 travels per month to our own manufacturing locations and vendor locations/third party locations.
Track the product development cycle – to work with different teams of R and D, marketing, sourcing and manufacturing
Additional exposure to ingredients, quality tools, formulation types will be added advantage
Evaluation of Third-party manufacturing locations, Preparation of technology transfer documents, support factories for commercial manufacturing etc.
Handled various stages of product development cycle.
Knowledge in cosmetics regulatory affairs is an added advantage.
Should have knowledge of import and export registration proces
