Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)
Location: Okhla, Delhi
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in the printing packaging industry. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring effective operation and communication within the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Attend meetings with the MD and document key discussions and actions.
Project Management:
- Assist in managing and tracking key projects and initiatives led by the MD.
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met by coordinating with relevant departments.
Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the MD.
Compensation: 30k-50k
