About the Team

You will report to the Director of the Platforms team. As for travel requirements, Nutanix does not have extensive travel obligations, allowing employees to focus on their work and personal growth within the company.

Your Role
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive the design and development of infrastructure solutions that align with customer needs and maintain standards of scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define and execute a product roadmap that addresses market trends and customer feedback.
- Oversee the complete product development cycle, ensuring quality and usability from design to release.
- Implement and uphold best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to inform technical strategy
