About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MEP Site Engineer with strong hands-on experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works for premium residential villa and bungalow projects. The role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely execution, quality control, compliance, and seamless service integration at site.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day execution of MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Low-voltage systems).
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, design specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Verify installation of equipment such as pumps, panels, fixtures, conduits, cabling, drainage, water supply, etc.

2. Coordination & Communication




- Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP consultants.
- Conduct site meetings with contractors and report progress to project managers.
- Escalate site issues, delays, and deviations promptly.

3. Quality & Compliance
- Conduct quality checks for all MEP installations.
- Ensure compliance with local safety codes, electrical standards, plumbing norms, and best construction practices.
- Verify snag lists and ensure resolution.

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update daily site reports, checklists, progress photos, and measurement sheets.
- Assist in preparing RA bills verification for MEP contractors.
- Review and validate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material approvals.

5. Material Management
- Check material deliveries, storage, and consumption on site.
- Ensure materials meet approved specifications and standards.
