Overview of the Cloud Infrastructure & Network Readiness Engineer:
The Cloud Infrastructure & Network Readiness Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and readiness of BetaNXT’s cloud network and perimeter infrastructure, with a primary focus on OCI-based environments and multi-cloud connectivity. This role acts as a technical gatekeeper for infrastructure changes, transitions, and ownership handoffs,



ensuring risks, dependencies, and responsibilities are explicitly understood before execution.
The role partners closely with internal platform teams and external service providers to enable safe delivery, smooth transitions, and transparent operational ownership across cloud services.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Cloud Infrastructure & Network Readiness Engineer:
- Provide cloud and network readiness assessments for infrastructure changes, migrations, and connectivity transitions (e.g., Azure ↔ OCI), validating network design, routing, VPN connectivity, and firewall configurations prior to production deployment
- Identify and escalate risks based on past incidents, architectural complexity, and gaps in documentation, serving as a key escalation point for cloud networking and firewall-related issues
