Role
Overview We are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition
strategies and lead our efforts to acquire new customers efficiently and
effectively. This role requires a data-driven and results-oriented mindset,
expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to scale acquisition
channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize
campaigns, increase brand visibility, and drive new customer growth across
various marketing channels.

Key
Responsibilities:

Customer
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and
execute end-to-end customer acquisition strategies to drive high-quality




traffic and conversions.
- Manage and
optimize paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads,
Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other performance-driven
platforms.
- Leverage SEO,
SEM, display, video, and affiliate marketing to expand brand reach and
attract recent customers.
- Create
data-driven customer acquisition funnels, continuously optimising for
cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Campaign
Management & Optimization
- Lead and
scale paid marketing efforts, ensuring high ROI through continuous
campaign analysis, testing, and optimization.
- Manage
marketing budgets, allocating spend across channels, and tracking
performance to meet acquisition and revenue goals.
- Work with
creative teams to design and implement high-converting ad creatives,
landing pages, and offers.
