Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified enterprise leads throuhg LinkedIn outreach, referrals, industry networking, events, and associations.
- Target key accounts in 3PL providers, e-commerce warehouses, FMCG distribution centers, manufacturing facilities etc.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with 3–6 months of visibility.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations showcasing Jasper’s warehouse intelligence capabilities.
- Present compelling ROI analyses focused on inventory accuracy, space optimization, labor cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) implementations to prove value and drive adoption.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging stakeholders including warehouse managers, operations heads, and CFOs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and SLAs to secure wins.
- Achieve aggressive closing targets.
- Develop tailored pricing models based on warehouse size, use cases, and customer segments.




- Create essential sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators etc.
- Collect market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to refine go-to-market approach.
- Continuously evolve the ideal customer profile (ICP) based on real-world learnings.
- Manage CRM system for accurate pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and revenue forecasting.
- Conduct monthly pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions with the team.
- Track and report key performance metrics: lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, average sales cycle length, deal size, and win/loss ratios.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant qualified experience in B2B or enterprise-facing roles
- MBA degree
- Experience with enterprise customers; exposure to warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments is a plus
