Job Purpose

To lead and drive Shubhashish
Homes’ land acquisition and business development strategy in Jaipur by
identifying, evaluating, and closing land opportunities through broker
networks, landowners, and market intelligence, while managing end-to-end
feasibility, negotiations, and due diligence activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead land sourcing activities through strong broker
networks, landowners, and market channels in Jaipur.




- Build, manage, and expand relationships with
brokers, landowners, consultants, and local stakeholders.
- Identify potential land parcels aligned with the
company’s development strategy.
- Conduct land visits for physical verification,
zoning understanding, and site assessments.
- Oversee market research, micro-market mapping,
pricing benchmarks, and competition analysis.
- Drive preliminary feasibility studies including
development potential, costing, and ROI analysis.
- Lead and participate in negotiations with
landowners and brokers.
- Coordinate closely with legal, technical, finance,
and liaisoning teams for due diligence and approvals.
- Manage documentation related to land acquisition,
agreements, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare detailed feasibility notes, presentations,
and proposals for senior management review.
- Track market trends, upcoming development
corridors, and policy change
