Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Practice Lead with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, implementation/support projects, and the ability to lead functional discussions with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP PP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and manage SAP PP processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Production Orders.
Handle Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Production Execution processes.
Support and coordinate SAP PM processes including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Notifications.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, QM, FI, and PM.




Participate in project planning, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
Prepare functional specifications and support developments, enhancements, and integrations.
Resolve production issues and provide effective business solutions.
Mentor junior consultants and support practice development initiatives.

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
Good understanding of SAP PM processes and integration with PP.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, or rollout projects.
Knowledge of PP integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI.
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and client interactions.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private
