Work Experience: 0-1 year
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (MD/DM Psychiatry) or equivalent
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council
- Strong foundational knowledge of psychiatric disorders, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5/ICD-11), and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical documentation, and medication management
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships
- Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous professional development
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical setting
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team under supervision
