Accounts Executive (Male Candidates only)

Role
Summary:

The
Accounts Executive will manage school finance operations, including fee
management, vendor payments, and financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy
and compliance with statutory and school policies.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage student fee collection, receipts,
and reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and
ledgers
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment
entries
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve
discrepancies
- Coordinate with parents regarding
fee-related queries
- Process vendor payments and maintain
vendor records
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory
compliance
- Support audits and prepare required
financial reports
- Maintain documentation for all financial




transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance
(B.Com preferred)
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
(school experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally or similar
accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and
accounting principles
- Good communication and interpersonal
skills

Additional
Expectations:
- Willingness to handle field-related tasks
such as bank visits and vendor coordination
- Ability to work extended hours during
peak admission/fee cycles
- Comfortable coordinating with parents and
internal teams on a daily basis

Preferred
Skills:
- Experience in school or institutional
accounting (preferred)
- Knowledge of GST filing and compliance
- Strong Excel skills
