Position: Inside Sales Lead/ Business Development Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:
- Provide
day-to-day leadership and direction to the inside sales team to ensure
consistent performance and productivity.
- Set
transparent sales targets, monitor progress, and support team members in
achieving individual and team goals.
- Assist
in developing and executing effective B2B sales strategies to drive
revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Identify
and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead
generation.
- Guide
and participate in effective cold calling practices; lead by example and
support team members in improving outreach efforts.
- Coach,
mentor, and train the inside sales team, helping them enhance their sales
and communication skills.
- Conduct
regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and
implement improvement plans as needed.
- Build
and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction
and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate




closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and
customer support to align efforts and improve customer experience.
- Analyze
sales metrics and provide reports on performance, trends, and forecasts to
senior leadership.
- Offer
insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive
developments to support strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a
plus.
- 3–5
years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or Audio-Visual
industry.
- Proven
track record of success in sales and team leadership.
- Strong
skills in cold calling, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability
to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Results-driven
mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
