We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support data management, record maintenance, and administrative operations for a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle data efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases, software applications, and spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies for correction.
- Review and process documents for data entry requirements.
- Generate reports and maintain records as required.
- Organise and manage physical and digital files systematically.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of project-related information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.
- Perform administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass from a recognised board.
- Graduation in any discipline will be preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in data entry, office administration, or record management preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
