Requirements
Your Role

As the MVP Engineer, you will:

Build the core backend (APIs, logic, scoring engine)

Implement AI pipelines using OpenAI (questions â evaluation â summaries)

Integrate video/audio platforms (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Recall.ai, Spinach.ai)

Build clean front-end flows (React/Next.js)

Implement interview recording + storage (AWS/GCP/Firebase)

Build internal n8n workflows + simple drag-and-drop workflow screens

Connect to job boards, LinkedIn API, Apify, and other ecosystems

Build Chrome Extensions as needed

Optimize architecture, security, performance, and session management

Deliver weekly milestones with ownership, speed, and clarity
